Territory Assignment Explained:

VAW Commercial Division assigns exclusive territories to representatives, due to work required with area engineers and contractors. As well, silencer packages are typically sold independent of other equipment packages.

VAW Industrial Division typically does not assign exclusive territories to representatives, as fan representatives only sell VAW products with their own fan lines represented.

VAW Turbine Division typically does not work with representatives, but deals with gas turbine OEM's directly.
