COMSIL 4.0

This criterion based program calculates the noise reduction requirements for an HVAC System, selecting the proper, most cost effective products to meet the required environmental noise levels.

COMSIL is based on VAW Systems extensive database of product testing, system testing, and years of HVAC noise control experience.   Computer integration of equipment selections with VAW manufacturing procedures, assures cost effective noise control for the total project.  

This program is available to engineers / consultants and VAW Systems Representatives.

COMSIL provides :

• Insertion Loss calculations to space Noise Criterion. 
• Performance & cost comparison of several product types.
• Performance data at actual duct velocity.
• Estimates of Actual Installed Pressure Drops.
• Breakout and Breakin noise calculations.
• Technical data including Schedules and Drawings.
• Exporting information into Excel/Word.
